Intro / Acceptance

By accessing, registering, or subscribing to RevenueLab360 (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Payments and billing are processed by Beeviro.

1. Definitions

Concise definitions for: “Account”, “User”, “Subscriber”, “Subscription”, “Plan”, “Reseller”, “Affiliate”, “Data Controller”, “Data Processor”, “Third Party”, “Billing Cycle”, “Chargeback”, “Service Level”, “Downtime”.

2. Scope of Service

RevenueLab360 is a SaaS platform offering CRM, automation, funnels, forms, campaigns, reporting, and integrations. The Platform is licensed - not sold. Features available depend on plan. The Platform does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18+ and authorized to accept these Terms. You are responsible for account credentials, accurate registration info, and for all actions taken from your account. Resellers and affiliates must register under the Reseller/Affiliate program and accept the separate Reseller/Affiliate Agreement (see below).

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment

4.1 Billing: Subscriptions are recurring and billed via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
4.2 Billing cycles: Monthly or Annual as shown on checkout. Billing date equals the original subscription payment date.
4.3 Taxes: Fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes; VAT will be added where required (Egypt). You are responsible for taxes in your jurisdiction.
4.4 Payment methods: We accept card payments and other methods supported by Stripe. You must maintain valid payment details.
4.5 Failed payments & retries: Failed card payments will trigger a retry schedule and may lead to suspension after [configurable retries].
4.6 Statement descriptor: Charges will appear as the configured statement descriptor (e.g., “REVENUELAB360 / BEEVIRO”). Ensure descriptor is correct in Stripe Dashboard.
4.7 3D Secure & SCA: We support SCA / 3DS flows where applicable via Stripe.

5. Trials, Promotions & Upgrades

Trial offers, promo pricing, and upgrade/downgrade rules (proration, immediate charge, or scheduled). Trials require a valid payment method and convert to paid plans at the trial end unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their RevenueLab360 subscription by submitting an official cancellation request through the designated cancellation form provided by the Company.

To ensure cancellation before the next billing cycle, the cancellation form must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the subscription renewal date.

Once a valid cancellation form is received:

  • We will process the cancellation immediately upon verification.

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No further recurring charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.

If a cancellation request is submitted less than seven (7) days before the renewal date, the upcoming renewal charge may still be processed, and the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

Users are responsible for ensuring that cancellation requests are submitted within the required timeframe. Failure to submit the cancellation form within the specified notice period does not qualify for a refund of renewal charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted using the official cancellation form available on the RevenueLab360 website or provided by support. Requests sent through other channels (such as chat, WhatsApp, or social media) may not be considered valid unless confirmed by our billing team.

7. Refund & Chargeback Policy (summary)

All billing is non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy page. Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution will be contested and may result in account termination. (Full Refund Policy provided separately below.)

8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

Users must not send spam, commit fraud, facilitate money laundering, host illegal content, or violate laws. Specific prohibited categories include adult content, illegal drugs, weapons, and hate speech. Accounts used for prohibited activities are suspended immediately.

9. Third-Party Integrations & Limitations

We integrate with Stripe, SMS/email providers, hosting services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or bans. You must comply with third-party terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Platform software, templates, workflows, and Platform content remain Beeviro property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform during subscription. Client-created content remains Client-owned.

11. Data Ownership, Security & Privacy

You own the data you upload. We act as a Data Processor - we process data to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for full details.

12. Data Processing Addendum (summary)

We process data per the DPA. Subprocessors (Stripe, hosting, SMS/email providers) are listed in the DPA. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls). Breach notification within 72 hours where applicable.

13. Service Level & Maintenance

Platform is provided “as is”. We aim for 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Credits policy (limited to pro-rata subscription fees for verified downtime beyond SLA - subject to eligibility and request within 30 days). Emergency maintenance allowed.

14. Support & Maintenance

Support channels: [[email protected]] and in-app support. Standard support hours: [business hours]. Priority SLAs available on higher plans.

15. Warranties & Disclaimers

No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Platform provided “as available”.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid in the 3 months prior to claim, or (b) last full monthly subscription fee. No liability for indirect/consequential damages, loss of profit, or data.

17. Indemnification

You indemnify Beeviro arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms; material changes will be notified 30 days where feasible. Continued use equals acceptance.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Egypt. Courts of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction unless arbitration is agreed (optional).
