1. Summary (short)
We collect only necessary data to provide RevenueLab360. We do not sell personal data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You own your data. We comply with applicable privacy laws and offer rights (access, correction, deletion, portability).
2. Data We Collect
Account & identity: name, company, email, phone, billing address, VAT info.
Authentication: hashed passwords, 2FA tokens if enabled.
Usage & analytics: IP, device, browser, activity logs.
CRM data: contacts, leads, messages — provided by users (you are controller).
Payment & billing: Stripe processes card data; we receive tokens and billing metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
Support & correspondence: tickets, emails, recordings.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected data to: - Provide and operate the Platform - Manage subscriptions and billing - Improve performance, features, and user experience - Communicate important service-related updates - Maintain platform security and prevent misuse
3. How We Use Data (Legal bases)
Contract performance: to provide Platform.
Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, platform improvement, security.
Consent: for marketing communications.
Legal compliance: for legal/regulatory obligations (KYC, tax).
4. Data Sharing & Processors
We share data with subprocessors only to operate the Platform: e.g., Stripe (payments), hosting provider (AWS/GCP), email provider (SendGrid), SMS providers, analytics tools. Subprocessors listed in DPA. We do not sell data.
5. International Transfers
Data may be stored/transferred outside Egypt. We use standard contractual protections and rely on adequacy mechanisms where required.
6. Retention & Deletion
Account data retained while account active.
Backups retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery.
On deletion request, we delete user data within [30–90 days] unless legal obligations require otherwise. Export tools available prior to deletion.
7. Security Measures
TLS encryption in transit; encryption at rest for sensitive fields.
Access control & role-based permissions.
Periodic security reviews & penetration tests.
Incident response plan; notify affected customers within 72 hours of a confirmed breach.
8. Your Rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdraw consent.

9. Cookies & Tracking
Use of cookies and analytics — provide an in-app cookie banner and opt-out links.
