1. Summary (short)

We collect only necessary data to provide RevenueLab360. We do not sell personal data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You own your data. We comply with applicable privacy laws and offer rights (access, correction, deletion, portability).

2. Data We Collect

  • Account & identity: name, company, email, phone, billing address, VAT info.

  • Authentication: hashed passwords, 2FA tokens if enabled.

  • Usage & analytics: IP, device, browser, activity logs.

  • CRM data: contacts, leads, messages — provided by users (you are controller).

  • Payment & billing: Stripe processes card data; we receive tokens and billing metadata. We do not store full card numbers.

  • Support & correspondence: tickets, emails, recordings.

2. How We Use Information

  • Account data retained while account active.

  • Backups retained for up to [X months] for disaster recovery.
