Revenue Lab 360 – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Core Principles

  • Subscriptions are recurring; cancellations stop future billing.

  • Refunds are exceptional and handled per the rules below. Stripe expects transparent, consistent rules and a straightforward dispute path for customers.

2. SaaS Subscriptions (general rules)

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

  • Unless otherwise stated below, there are no refunds for partial periods or unused service time.

  • Trial cancellation must occur before the trial ends to avoid charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds when all the following are met:

a) Platform experiences a documented, continuous service failure preventing core functionality for a period exceeding the Service Level commitment (e.g., verified downtime beyond SLA), and
b) The failure is exclusively caused by RevenueLab360 infrastructure (not third-party integrations), and
c) Customer submits a refund request within 7 days of the failure resolution with evidence (timestamps, use cases), and
d) The request is approved by Beeviro. Approved refunds are issued pro-rata for the affected billing period only and limited to the fees paid for that period.

4. Refund Eligibility: Failure of Delivery

If the client purchased setup, migration, or managed services from our team and we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service by the agreed date, the client must:

  • Notify support within 7 days of missed delivery; and

  • Provide reasonable opportunity for us to remedy within 7 business days.
    If we cannot reasonably remedy, eligible refunds are pro-rata and exclude third-party costs and fees.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Charges for third-party spend (SMS, ad spend, domains, hosting).

  • Payment processing fees charged by Stripe.

  • Fees for services already performed or deliverables already provided.

  • Chargeback fees and fraud-related losses.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Customers must contact us first: [[email protected]]. We will attempt resolution.

  • Chargebacks without contacting us: may lead to immediate suspension, termination, and contesting of chargeback.

  • Customers remain responsible for chargeback costs resulting from their fraud or abuse.

7. Processing Approved Refunds

  • Refunds processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–30 business days depending on payment provider.

  • Currency differences and fees may affect refunded amounts.

8. How to Request

Email: [email protected], include account email, invoice number, subscription id, reason, and evidence.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. The version at the time of purchase governs that purchase.

Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their RevenueLab360 subscription by submitting an official cancellation request through the designated cancellation form provided by the Company.

To ensure cancellation before the next billing cycle, the cancellation form must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the subscription renewal date.

Once a valid cancellation form is received:

  • We will process the cancellation immediately upon verification.

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No further recurring charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends.

If a cancellation request is submitted less than seven (7) days before the renewal date, the upcoming renewal charge may still be processed, and the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

Users are responsible for ensuring that cancellation requests are submitted within the required timeframe. Failure to submit the cancellation form within the specified notice period does not qualify for a refund of renewal charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted using the official cancellation form available on the RevenueLab360 website or provided by support. Requests sent through other channels (such as chat, WhatsApp, or social media) may not be considered valid unless confirmed by our billing team.

Submission of a cancellation request does not waive any outstanding invoices or financial obligations incurred prior to the cancellation effective date.
